Our Specifier Account Managers provide a service second to none in the industry and combine excellent technical knowledge with a clear understanding of the requirements of Partnering and Best value.

Some of the services that they can provide are:

  • Production of best fit, site specific technical specifications.
  • Attendance at pre-contract and pre-start meetings.
  • Provision of supporting product and colour collateral.
  • Ongoing site monitoring.
  • Benchmarking with contractors.
  • Tenant liaison and consultation.

In addition, our sales teams play a full and pro-active role within partnering agreements, helping develop credible KPIs, creating charters and attending core group meetings and Partnering workshops.

They also liaise closely with all contractors to ensure that the specified products are available as required and to help project implementation on site.

As well as our comprehensive local resource, we have a specialist centralised Partnering team who are at the leading edge of the Partnering initiative within the Public Sector. They work alongside and support our local teams to help deliver the most appropriate levels of service to clients and ensure that we have current information on legislative changes and new initiatives.

Our Colour Consultants are also available to produce colour schemes and bespoke colour collateral for your projects.
