A quick-drying solvent-based product specially formulated to help prevent staining and discolouration from knots and resinous streaks in softwoods and is ideal when using water- based paints. |

System information
To get the best results make sure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
Apply 1 or 2 coats of Knotting Solution to knots and resinous areas. For best results on highly resinous wood, 2 coats may be necessary. Where a second coat is required, allow 10-15 minutes between coats.
After use, remove as much knotting as possible from brushes before cleaning with methylated spirit immediately.
Top Trade Tip
2 thin coats are better than 1 thick one.
