PLGN 2.08 Spray v roller - time saving benefits

In our test there were many Doors and Windows which explains the 8 hours to mask up.

  • For a 224m² room each coat roller applied took approximately 12 hours.
  • For a 224m² room each coat spray applied took approximately 3 hours.

Even if we allow 8 hours to mask up we still can see immediate benefits.
Total job up to putting on the topcoat system is:

  • Roller: 36 hours (12+12+12)
  • Spray: 17 hours (8+3+3+3)

In addition larger jobs would see the benefit increase further as the spray time becomes the defining factor in the job, e.g.

For a 2240m² hallway:

  • Roller: 360 man hours (120+120+120)
  • Spray: 120 man hours (30(masking)+30+30+30)

3 x faster in total
