The Riverside Group, one of the country’s largest providers of social housing, is using Glidden Trade exterior paints in its 5-year refurbishment programme, on properties in Tyne and Wear. Glidden Trade Endurance Pliolite? Based Masonry Paint was applied over render on around 80 terraced properties in Kelvin Grove and Rayleigh Grove, Gateshead.
As with all Glidden Trade products, Endurance provides a combination of quality and cost-effectiveness that makes it particularly suitable for any project where both price and performance are equally important. It is easy to apply and gives a long-lasting coating, with good adhesion and resistance to moisture and alkali attack.
The Riverside Group manages over 50,000 houses throughout England, of which 1500 units are managed by Riverside North East, a subsidiary of the Riverside Group.
